Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Section 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Examples:
- Creams, skin‑care and hair‑care products
- Healing stones such as Aion A
- Ready‑to‑use wraps
- Sealed books or collector’s editions wrapped in protective film
