Heavier items can be ordered individually for Germany in packages 1 kg to 31 kg and outside Germany (EU and third countries) in packages 1 kg to 24.5 kg. For International (Isles) Madeira, Azores, Ireland, Great Britain, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland in parcels up to 31 kg, for Canary Islands, San Marino and Livigno up to 29.5 kg. Åland, Ceuta, Faroe Islands, Vatican City and Taiwan in parcels up to 19.5 kg. For International (USA) up to 4.5 kg.
Shipping by weight
Shipping by weight only applies to heavier items. Namely this is Aion A Healing Rock Powder 1 kg. And Emma Kunz Monographs.
Aion A Healing Rock Powder can be ordered individually for Germany in packages 1 kg to 31 kg and outside Germany (EU and third countries) in packages 1 kg to 24.5 kg. For International (Isles) Madeira, Azores, Ireland, Great Britain, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland in parcels up to 31 kg, for Canary Islands, San Marino and Livigno up to 29.5 kg. Åland, Ceuta, Faroe Islands and Vatican City in parcels up to 19.5 kg. For International (USA) up to 4.5 kg.
Poster shipping
Posters can be ordered separately.
A poster package always contains 1 to 4 posters for shipping purposes. The posters are insured and labelled with a track code.
You will receive large 70 cm x 100 cm and 40 cm x 40 cm posters in a solid built extra package. In one extra package fit 1 to 4 posters of different size. The price is within Germany 13€ and outside Germany (EU and third countries) €24.50. For International (Islands) Madeira, Azores and Ireland it is 22€, for Åland, Ceuta, Faroe Islands, Canary Islands, Livigno, San Marino and Vatican City this is €35.50. For International (USA) it is €49.98 and International Great Britain €34.50 with Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. For Crown dependencies Jersey & Guernsey with Alderney, Herm, Jethou and Sark €37.50
Letter shipping
Extra packages can be ordered in letter format in an independent order.
Items with a maximum weight of 0.9 kg can be sent in an extra parcel in letter format. The items are not insured and without shipment tracking.
The Emma Kunz articles ‘Innovative drawing method’, the ‘Colouring book’, ballpoint pens, glass coasters, keyrings and postcards are currently available by mail order. The price for Germany is 2.55 €.

We calculate the shipping costs outside Germany International (CH and FL) as a flat rate as follows:
Principality of Liechtenstein and Switzerland: 19,90 € (tax-free, no free shipping limit).
Delivery periods
- Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 4 days, for deliveries outside Germany within 6 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction). For deliveries abroad to islands, delivery takes place within 3 weeks. For deliveries abroad to the USA, delivery takes place within 15 days.
- Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Delivery restrictions
- The goods offered in the online shop are only valid as long as they are published on the website and are in stock.
- We do not deliver to post office boxes and post offices.
Our partner Hermes does not deliver to the following EU territories and overseas territories:
Denmark (Greenland, Faroe Islands), Finland (Åland), France (overseas territories), Ireland, Italy (Livigno, Vatican City, San Marino), Netherlands (overseas territories), Portugal (Azores, Madeira), Spain (Ceuta, El Hierro, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, La Gomera, Lanzarote, La Palma, Melilla, Tenerife), United Kingdom and Crown dependencies.
Further international restrictions
Freight forwarders work with local shipping service providers for international shipping. Some of these shipping service providers do not offer notification by email or telephone. In addition, the recipient's contact details must not appear on the shipping label.

Terms of payment
Orders via our mail-order business can be paid by prepayment. New customers always order in advance. For domestic customers, this can confidently change to invoice. Foreign orders are always on prepayment by bank transfer.
The invoice amount is to be settled within 10 days when paying by invoice.

Further details on payment
If the customer pays by invoice, the invoice will always contain a due date of 10 days. The customer shall pay the invoice amount after receipt of the goods and the invoice by bank transfer to our bank account.
